Description

Attention Homeowners: Last week, one month after our new pool liner was installed, the water level started to drop. On Friday May 10, our pool service provider found a tear in the liner in the shallow end allowing water to escape. It was noted that the tear was on a seam, which we believe should be covered by the liner manufacturer’s warranty. The tear was patched on Monday May 13, which should get us through this pool season. We are working with the installation company to get the liner replaced under the warranty after Labor Day.
